Kings Cross Luggages is a secure, locally-run luggage storage service at 11 Euston Road, London NW1 2SA — just a one-minute walk from both King’s Cross and St Pancras International stations. We are open every day from 09:00 to 19:00 and charge a flat rate of £5 per bag per day. No hidden fees, no lockers — just a friendly team who look after your bags so you can explore London freely.

We are at 11 Euston Road, London NW1 2SA, directly opposite the main entrance of King’s Cross St Pancras station. Coming from the King’s Cross exit, turn right onto Euston Road — we are on your left within 60 seconds. Coming from the St Pancras exit, we are directly across the road. Look for our sign above the door.

We charge a flat rate of £5 per bag per day. That covers any bag, any size, for the full day. There are no hourly rates, no extra charges for oversized luggage, and no booking fees. If you store for multiple days, it is simply £5 × the number of bags × the number of days.

We are open every day from 09:00 to 19:00, including weekends and bank holidays. Please make sure your pick-up is before 19:00 — we are unable to arrange access outside these hours.

You can book online at kingscrossluggages.com/book-now — it takes under two minutes. Select your drop-off date, pick-up date, and number of bags, then pay securely by card. You will receive a confirmation email with your booking details. Walk-ins are also welcome, subject to availability.

Absolutely. Your bags are sealed on arrival, stored in a CCTV-monitored facility with intruder alarms, and looked after by our trained team who are on-site throughout the day. We accept all standard luggage — suitcases, backpacks, holdalls, shopping bags, and pushchairs. There is no strict weight limit, though bags must be manageable by one person for drop-off and collection. If you have unusually large items such as sports equipment or multiple boxes, please call us on 020 7833 3233 before booking so we can confirm space.

Please always aim to collect your bags before 19:00. If you think you may be late, call us as soon as possible on 020 7833 3233 and we will do our best to help. Bags left beyond your booked pick-up date will be held and an additional day rate of £5 per bag will apply.

We accept all major credit and debit cards online (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) via our secure Stripe checkout. Walk-in customers can pay by card in store. We do not accept cash payments.

For safety and legal reasons, we cannot store the following: flammable or hazardous materials, illegal substances, firearms or weapons, perishable food items, or animals. All other standard luggage is welcome. By using our service you agree that your bags do not contain prohibited items.

You can store your luggage for as long as you need — from a few hours to several weeks. For stays longer than a week, we recommend contacting us in advance on 020 7833 3233 so we can ensure we have space and make suitable arrangements for you.

No printing needed. Simply show your booking confirmation email on your phone when you arrive, or give us your name — we will have your booking on file. If you booked as a walk-in, we will create a record for you at the desk.
